When you invest in learning Vedic meditation with me you receive more than a course—you gain a lifetime of support and connection. Here’s what’s included:
4 in-person sessions and the ability to check your meditation practice with me at any time
Access to weekly group meditations and wisdom sessions - online and in-person + invitations to all upcoming community events
Ability to retake the course free of charge with any affiliated Vedic meditation teacher around the globe
2 years of weekly emails to guide and support you in building a daily meditation practice
