What is Vedic meditation?

The effortless meditation practice

Vedic meditation is your simple, twice-daily practice that requires no effort, no guidance, and no apps. All you need is a comfortable seat.

How can you learn?

Vedic meditation is taught in person over 4 consecutive days.

1st session (1h) - A one-on-one session with Elena, you receive your personal mantra and learn the mechanics of meditation. You start meditating and experiencing the benefits from the get-go.

2nd session (1,5h) - In the second session, apart from meditating in the group we will look at meditation experiences and practicalities around the meditation practice.

3rd session (1,5h) - In the third session, we take an in-depth look at stress, the way it affects our mind-body, and the deeper “why” of meditation.

4th session (1,5h) - In the fourth session, we talk about integration - how to deal with stress in daily life and explore how the consistent practice of Vedic meditation can help us create and sustain the change we want in our lives and our world.

Ongoing support - after completing the course you will feel confident to continue your Vedic meditation practice on your own while also having access to weekly group meditations and wisdom sessions. Furthermore, you can re-take the course for free to refresh your practice anytime.
